Electrical--Flickering Lights 140-160 75

Recently rebuilt alternator. Drove to airport the other day, and in the darkness at idle a rather intense light flicker was noted. It seems rpm dependent. Instrument panel as well as exterior lights are affected. Any ideas for corrective action?
