Hy" MY name is peter

Now I Have a volvo 760 1987 GLE I would like to do an engine swap

what type of engine swap should I do or can anyone recomend can I modify it with an american version like a chevy motor or can modify it with a newer volvo engine if so how do I know what fits please help me

any advice would be a big help to me?
