HELP, changing t-belt!!!! 200 86

It's been a few years since i've done this, what should i use in place of Volvo tool 5284 to hold the crank pulley while i loosen the nut. I know i've never had the tool or used it in the past, just can't remember what i used in place of it... Any and all help appreciated. TIA Tom Wasney 240aholic
