Heat seats will not work (760 Turbo 88) 700 1988

Hello,

I have a Volvo 760 Turbo 1988 and I have a problem with my heat seats. When I put the switch at ON and the light of the switch is ON but the seats does not heat. I would like to have of the assistance to solve my problem.
