tilt steering 700 1986

on my 86' 740 i do not have tilt steering, yet @ 6'5" and somewheres around 300lbs i REALLY would like it, not as a luxury so to speak... i fit in the car well except in/out cause of this.

is there a way to change it to tilt? did they make tilt in a similar model?

would this be too involved to bother?
