fixing finish on turbo wheels 200 89

Hi!

I picked up a set of four turbo rims from a local salvage yard and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do about the peeling finish. I saw a file in the archives about "alloy wheel paint" from Volvo for $23 per can. Is this what I need? Any thoughts are appreciated. BTW, I picked these up for $10 each, so I'm not upset about the appearance for the price!
