What size is the oil drain plug and what's the torque? 700 1987

I have a 1987 Turbo 2.3 and need to change my oil. I need to know what size socket it takes and how many foot lbs to torque it to. I'm guessing it's a 26mm nut, but don't know for sure.

Any tricks to get the oil filter changed on the Turbo?
