Speedometer needle bounced up 30 km sometimes 900 91

My 91' 940 GLE speedometer needle sometimes bounced up 30 km while I was driving. Say when I was driving at 50 km, the speedometer needle bounced to 80 km and it stayed for about 1 minute and return to normal. Before that, my speedometer was died and I had replaced one. Therefore, I think the problem is not the meter itself. May be, the sensor or I think electromagnetic interference. Anybody can advise. Thanks.
