need some help with my fuel accumalator... 200 83

The fuel pump gives excellent pressure to the accumalator but very low pressure out of the accumalator. I am pretty sure that this is a bad accumalator even though this might be a rare thing. and even if it was not bad before I know it is bad now do to investigation. Any body got an accumalator handy that they would sell. I could go to a junk yard, but most yards around here are mud around here and if somebody has got one handy they want to get rid of this would help out a lot. Thanx.
