Exhaust Manifold Studs 200 1987

Question:

When replacing leaking exhaust manifold gaskets and one of the studs breaks off when loosening the bolts to pull of the manifold, what does one do?

I am assuming I need to pull out the broken stud somehow and replace the stud with a new one. Sounds simple in theory, but in practice, how do I do this, and where can I get a new manifold stud from?
