Electrical Short-Need tips or I'll freeze to death 200 1989

I have a short in my '89 245. It is in the circuit for the left front parking light, left tail light and rear license plate lights. This circuit is on fuse no. 15, which according to my manuals serves no other functions than those I have listed.

I have already checked all the wiring around the rear left tail light. But as any of you who have been following the weather of late know, it has been brutaly cold and snowy here in central Canada ( and all of the midwest to north east) making it hard to spend a lot of time fixing cars in the driveway.

So, before I feeze to death I am hoping someone may have had a similar short and can point me to the best areas to start looking.

Thanks,

Kevin
