Cold idle fixed...Thanks, Abe! 900 1995

Just did the eprom update specified in SB 28-102 (Cold idle problems). Was VERY easy, and took 20 min. Good strong cold starts, and smooth idle, albiet about 100-150 RPM higher when cold. To those who requested a copy of the procedure, now that the holiday insanity is over, and I have actually done the deed (see my notes in margin), I'll be mailing them out early next week.

Thanks to Abe for pointing me in the right direction to help resolve a pretty esoteric problem that had been nagging me for months!
