k grind cam in b23e 200 83

I have a 83 242 glt with b23e engine with a grind cam and 398 head,my 82 glt has b23e with k grind cam and 405 head,I have a spare k grind cam and would like to know if my 83 would have the same or about the same performance as my 82 if i was to fit this cam to its 389 head.
