V8 adaptations: Clutch master/Slave and Throttle/Cruise ` 200 1989

Hello,

I am planning on swapping a V8 into my 1989 740 and I'd like to use a T5 Borg Warner 5 speed. I'd like to hear from the V8 240 guys how they adapted the Volvo master cylinder to the Chevy slave. Also how they made the Chevy throttle cable work with the Volvo cable as well as the cruise.
