wiring diagram? tranny in, new t-belt, won't start. 200 85

Hi Guys,

Aaaargh. I finally got the tranny installed, after swapping the tailstocks to convert the "new" one to a cable driven speedometer.

[& sorry to the gent who needed the "notched" bell housing - my replacement was notched & I would've been happy to swap bell housings for him had I known, I even had an extra unnotched to swap to mine so shipping wouldn't've delayed my repairs. Unfortunately, the notched BH is in the car now.]

The problem is, the car won't start. Starter cranks, but the engine won't turn over. No spark. Master relay & fuel relay in same case above Pass. footwell ok when tested, but no power to fuel pump on turning the key. Just as when the t-belt broke, which I've just replaced along with a new tension pulley ($46+ shipping at Voluparts FYI). The only electrical connection I intentionally disturbed would be the newly grafted line to the lockout solenoid. As far as unintentionally, there's the harness bundle into the big grey connector at the top of the firewall which may have been bent when I lowered the old transmission and forgot to disconnect the kickdown cable. I don't recall if the cable routed above or below the harness. Possibly also while tightening the top bell housing bolts. The only other harness that comes to mind would be the lines to the ignition control unit, which may have been bent by the transmission cooler lines while moving the transmission into position. Any ideas?

If anyone has a .pdf of the Volvo repair manual wiring diagram for the Jetronic 2.2 system or a schematic of better quality than Haynes, an email attachment to me would be vastly appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob.
