Has anyone had any experience in Extrude Honing a B230F head, I am hoping to extract a litle more flow from the n/a head and I have heard good things about this procedure on various domestic heads, but nobody appears to have done this procedure on Volvo heads. Any information or possible leads would be appreciated.

Or is there an easier way to extract a little more power from the otherwise stock motor. The motor is not in the car at the present time, so machining is not out of the question, but I would like to stay away from a major redesign, as the engine has less than 10K Kilometers.
