Going nuts over A/C Belt 200 82

Is there any sane way to chang the the A/C to crank pulley belt? I stared at for two hours and have comne to the conclusion that I have to pull the crank pulley to change the belt???? This is nuts. Every other pulley has a slide adj for changing the belt.

Am I missing something???

Help!!!!
