rattle and Roll 200 1989

so somewhere on the brick board I believe I saw this problem brought up.

I got a metalic rattle someplace under the hood. I can hear it as I accelerate, or just plain driving on the Highway. It sorta sounds like it's comming from around the exhaust manifold. What ever it is almost sounds like a loose washer. ANY TIPS.
