740 wheels on 240 200 92

Ok, I know bit of a standard question, but I could not find an answer in the archives.

Does a 740 15 (1987) wheel fit on a 240? I don't know all the details, but this guy has 5 laying around and will sell with 4 new winter tyres (michelin) for $300. I need winter tyres and with the rims and all would make life a lot easier
