Success suing Volvo??? 900 96

I have finally hit the wall! At 69K miles my 960 has had total failure of almost all it's systems and this week is the final straw. I have had the braking system fail, the electrical system fail and now the cooling system. I took the car in for a check of a small leak around the water pump. A water pump, a radiator, a thermostat, all fittings and $800 later the problem may be fixed. This is now over $3500 in repairs since the warranty ran out and I have maintained the car "by the book" and through a dealer. Has anyone had any success suing Volvo under lemon laws?
