turbo wheels 200

I' m looking for a pre 86 240. i would like to get turbo wheels for it. If i find a set that are not in great condition is there anything i can do to get them in nice shape? Like having them professionally redone or something? If i can't find a set what kind of aftermarket wheels are good? i would probably get 5- spokes or something like that
