Is my Volvo running to hot 200 82

i have a 82 264gle volvo and the gauge runs about 1cm to a half a cm off the red. i have changed all the cooloing system, ie, radiator, all belts, water pump, hoses,i even changed the clutch fan, the only thing i havent changed is the themostat.

Are these cars suppose to run this hot? or is it something else, all mthe gauges work so, i dont thinikits a fault with the gauage
