Rear door speaker removal? 700 91

How do I remove the factory speakers in the rear door of my 91 740 T sedan? I looked at them quickly and thought HEX KEYS. I look closer, and have no clue. I must be too Polish for what seems to be something simple. I figured out how to get front speakers (on dash) off, and am now getting thoroughly irritated with volvo's stereo setup........WHY NOT MAKE IT EASY TO INSTALL AFTERMARKET STEREO COMPONENTS???
