New cam in B23F 200 84

I'd like to put a little bit hotter cam in my 84 DL with a b23f and 244,000 miles. I've found a used "K" cam. Would this be a good idea for this engine? What about fuel economy, higher RPM driving and so on? How does this compare to the "VX" deal that ipd has? There is no way I can spend $200 for that sucker so thats why this K cam looks interesting. What kind of a job is it to put one in? Any valve adjustment thats got to happen or is this just a drop in? Thanks guys for any help.
