Tranny for turbo car conversion...what to do 200 1988

Should I keep my stock 5 speed and see how long it lasts or should I put a M90 in while everything is apart?

What problems might I expect while installing a M90 in a 88-240 with a

95 230ft? I am assuming that the tranny would bolt up to the engine

with a perfect fit. Or shouldn't I assume......
