What chemical will remove stickers from rear window 200 89

The pervious owner of my car put these stickers all over the back window - I can see out but there are enough to be annoying. My owners manual warns about the delicate rear window and to avoid scraping it with anything. With that in mind, I would rather avoid using any sticker removal tool, like for the inspection stickers. Is a gasket remover the answer or an epoxy remover, or will something milder work?
