Is my car ? 200 1984

I have an 84 244 that is dying of rust. I have already patched the sides of the trunk on the bottom (where the spare tire goes) and the driver's side floor. The floorboards seem to be almost gone, but the Volvo guy I went to see said that the structure of the car was OK. My rear wheel arches are rusted out too. Is my car worth saving? (I really love this car and would to part with it/) Thanks in advance!
