removing trasmission dipstick collar 200 1990

I am trying to remove my trasmission dipstick collar from the transmission pan. It is so hard that the hex nut won't even move. I am using a 1 ft long wrench, The car is not raised, so I can't really exert all the strength I have.

Any ideas. This is the 2nd time I have tried to remove it. I don't want to break or deform it!!

Also is there a vaccum line going to the automatic tranny to aid in gear shifts?
