Revenge of the Fogs; my lamp went out 700 1989

Argg! Just when I thought I had beaten the damned fog lamps, I tried to close the hood- and my drivers side headlight, along with the fogs just shut off. The power wire of the headlamp had been hooked to the relay wire of the fogs, and this wire had chafed and (I think) grounded. But, with all the wires I placed, I don't know where the circuit went wrong! I believe that the headlamp might've blown, but I just don't know. Please advise!!!
