Timing belt replacement 200 84

Hi. I plan on changing my timing belt next week with the help of my friend (a 120 owner). i was just wondering if there were any significant differences between his engine (he put a B20 into his) and mine (a B23F I think). Also, in the IPD catalog there is a kit for the timing belt and a set of seals. is this my best bet, or am i better off just going up to pep boys or something. thanks a lot. you guys are a lot of help.
