Source for 240 Fog Lights 200 1989

Anyone know of a good source for a pair of front rectangular fog lights for my 240? I'm looking for a quality pair, yet not too expensive.

I was told by several people that some lights aim up and can be blinding while others aim down and help light up the road (ie, they aren't adjustable).

I'm interested in the pair that aims down and will help assist lighting up the road.

I found a Hella Fog Light Kit for $90 (from www.swedishcarparts.com). However, a local mechanic told me that I could find a set for about $45-$50... but where and who makes it?
