First ABS light on, then car dies, won't start 900 91

My wife is driving home...car is running fine...no warning the ABS dash light comes on. Then the SRS light comes on after about 1/2 mile car begins to lose power...she pulls over , car stops, will not restart...2 miles from home!

too dark too do anything much til morning, but I am clueless???

Any help out there
