engine oil best for 240, '90 200 1990

Hi, folks:

Now, I need to change the engine oil for the brick. I got it for 3 months, and I love it.

My questions:

According to your experience, what engine oil will be best for the 240 engine, made in 1990? There are too many brand flying around.
