760 turbo gas mileage, slow pull away when cold 700 1986

Hi people....looking for some help !!!I have 3 problems with my 760 turbo (114K)Its a UK car i'v had it for 1 year, the first problem is i only get 16 /17 mpg (20 on a long journey)is this normal for a well serviced car ??

second problem....when the cars cold i have to put my foot to the floor to get it to pull away other than snail speed, even then its slow (till the turbo kicks in)! I dont think it always drops into 1st gear (hot or cold)but is so bad when cold....

Third problem.....Foot to the floor, turbo gauge on max...5000rpm boost gauge goes to 12:00 noon position car slows down...sometimes this happends at a lower rpm 4000...and sometime its ok...

This is similar when you kickdown the box....as soon as it kicks down the boost gauge gos th 12:00 noon and the car does not accelerate

help :(
