Should I buy 91 944T/205K miles? 900 91

I had a 90 744 for a short time and loved it. This board was great for that car.

I am looking at a 944T with 205,000 supposedly freeway miles with supposedly oil changes every 5k.

What danger signs would I look for, and if none are present now, what would the expected longevity of this vehicle be? Any idea of what it's worth in my market? (SF Bay Area)
