I noticed many messages concerning "60's and "70's Volvos.

Do you guys (or gals) actually commute with those cars. Up here in Canada, (Québec) we rarely see a 78 240. Seems cars all rust away. Majority of cars are fairly new.

So my question is,; how old can a car be as a daily commuter in southern states? I would be more than happy to own such a vintage but could'nt afford to keep it off the road in winter.

I'm just jealous I guess.
