horn trouble HONKKKKKKK 700 87-89

okay all the volvo experts, i need some help! My girlfriend has an older volvo 87-89, 700 series, 740 i think, the other day the horn got stuck and wont quit. i tried to locate the fuse box to pull the horn fuse but couldnt find it, either that or actually disconnecting the horn itself but i couldnt find that either, got any suggestions.
