Hi Abe, John S.,

Recently I bought cruise control parts without and sockets or plugs and later discovered my 940 GLE 16 valve manufactured in 1991 was not pre- wire for cruise control (I stay in Malaysia).You may have seen my post. So I am going around trying to figure out the wiring. John S, is willing to help me with the wiring diagram but then Ian from downunder told me that the black box should have 9 pins with the part # 1273225 Hella brand. Mine is also Hella but with part number 9130207 with 14 pins.

Please let me in on which of the two is the right part.
