Fuel Pump Relay 700 1990

My car wont kick over, Im almost sure its my fuel pump relay, when I turn the key I dont hear it "priming". Now Im trying to get back to where the fuses are. I cant seem to take out the compartment between the radio and ashtray. Is it hooked in the back? The right side wants to come out but not the left. When I get that part out and can see all the fuses which one is it? Is it the white one on the left or right side when Im looking in? Thanks, Chris
