dust covers DBA brake pistons, availability 700 1988

The rubber dust covers on my front brake pistons, DBA, are damaged and need to be replaced. The dealer does not stock them as individual parts but only as a kit which is expensive. Where can I just get the dust covers? Also, how do you replace the covers? My Volvo service manual says to examine the dust covers for damage and replace them as necessary but the best I can find out they are not spared separately. My brakes are fine otherwise. My car is a 744 turbo.
