Need to replace timing belt Tensioner. 200 1987

I am going to replace the timing belt..

But I need help to learn how to replace the tensioner never done this before...

the belt have all the info to know how.. but not the tensioner

could some one please walk me step by step

easy job ? super hard ? all day job ??

and what do I need to buy to replace the tensioner ??

just buy a new tensioner ???

thank for all your input.
