Car Quest in Lynden, WA (CAP and Rotor) 200 1985Ti

Stopped by for my first visit.

Knuckle heads at Shuck's didn't have cap, rotor and only had two NGK BP7ES's in stock (duh).

So I decided to hit Car Quest in the heart of old Dutch Lynden (cool tourist place if you have never been) This place was a good old car parts joint - that got sucked up with this Car Quest thing. I honestly hadn't been in a Car Quest store before (that I know about). Anyhow they did have some neat old stuff and cool tools and parts. The dude asked if he could help me. He didn't even make a face when I said Volvo. He didn't even mind that the book said BP6ES and I wanted BP7ES!

Anyhow I was browsing the lube section while he got the goods. (imagine that!) But, now imagine my shock and horror when he places on the counter, a cap and rotor that are NOT Bosch. The are Car Quest brand....hmmm...he and the box say: "Standard Motor Products". After close inspection, I bought them.

Please comment. And I'll tell you my thoughts.
