I would like to announce the joining of another member to the Brickboard family...she's a 1986 740 Turbo Intercooler (sedan)....ahhh, and a beauty at that. Absolutely perfect metallic blue paint, black leather interior with NO rips (etc.)...and a previous owner who believed in 3000mi oil changes w/ nothing less than Mobil 1 synthetic....yes, the orginal turbo at 200K, and this car doesn't even have the infamous piston slap when cold. Now we have 3 Volvos (in order of appearance), a 1986 245 which was bought many many a year ago (before the front drive Volvos) (260K), a 1992 944 Turbo with 93K which happens to be in almost perfect shape, and the newest 744T which will have to try to make a name for itself...
Any tips with the 740? Thanks guys!
