what to look for when buying a wagon 120-130

I am in the market for a 122 wagon, and have one located, I currently daily drive a 74 144, my ??? is what to look for on the 122 as major concerns before buying it, I am planning on swapping out the motor and other parts with the 144 i own. Where on the undercarraige is rust a major concern?
