I've got a garrett in a 91?? Why is this? 700 91

My turbo seized. Turbine is stuck, its not going anywhere. Its a garrett t25 (so I'm told by ipd, and, by the year my car is makes sense), NOT a MITSU? Why is this? Where can I get a rebuild kit for this garrett model? I want to rebuild myself.........

I must have some sort of "special" version....(nice to think so anyway).

Oh, and the physical difference b/w the garrett and the mitsu is quite large.
