Srart and stall 700 1984

Hey all,

Recently went to start up the 760 I'm selling and she seems to be having some running problems. I had it going a week ago and it was a bit sluggish running (does not move- no brakes) but started up and idled well. I went back a few days later and now she will start, but stall out and do so even quicker if I try and give her gas.

Fuel is getting there, but gas is yellowed- could fouled fuel cause this? What are the most likely culprits? I don't want to spend too much time as I'm selling it anda only want $400 CAD- thus I don't need to spend a weekend on it- what are the quick and dirty fixes.
