Volvo tool to remove crankcase pulley 200 1990

Anyone know of a place that sells aftermarket Volvo special tools. Specifically for the crankcase pulley removal. Trying to do timing belt and can't get this sucker off. I read FAQ's about using starter while wedging breaker bar on engine, but also warning about breaking off metal tab inside pulley by doing that. Would rather get proper tool if not too expensive.
