b 230ft coolant in oil 700 88

Hi, first time poster to this group!

My 1988 Volvo 760T has slight milky deposits in the oil, I asssume that I have a blown head gasket ( no water in trans oil so I can more or less rule out oil cooler? Also temp gauge has never gone above normal so hopefully not a cracked block) also notice hesitation and some power loss so I think I am safe to assume head gasket. I will change the timing belt(due in 1000km) and oil seals on front of block at the same time along with water pump. Anyone who has ever done this on his/her Volvo I would apprecioate hints, tips, trick etc. I am hoping I can leave the turbo bolted to the exhaust manifold, ditto with the throttle body on the other side?

Thanks, Robert
