won't start 200 84

Just bought an '84 Turbo wagon that sat for a year with half a tank a gas. Replaced plugs, wires, cap & rotor, fuel filter & air filter, cleaned injectors, new battery. Drained all of gas and replaced with fresh and 2 bottles of Techtron. She still won't fire. Is my fuel distributer shot? Or maybe fuel pressure regulator? Did the injector test from Bently and got plenty of gas coming out of the injectors. She wants to turnover but won't.
