Estimate of HP 700 89

Just installed a manual boost controller of the dawes device type on a 780 weighing in at 3,500 pounds. Running at 11.5 psi. Stopwatch shows 7.5 sec 0 to 60 and 4.7 sec 50 to 70. Can anyone etimate the horsepower?
